WALKING IN VANCOUVER BC - Stanley Park: This 8 mile/13 km walk begins at the Seaplane Terminal on the Vancouver Harbor waterfront. The walk continues all the way around Stanley Park to the ferry terminal on the other side which leads to Granville Island.

Civita di Bagnoregio is one of the most striking medieval towns in all of Italy perched high up on a volcanic rock. The ancient Etruscan people chose this site for its high ground in the 6th Century BC. Over the centuries, earthquakes and erosion have caused parts of Civita to collapse into the valley below, giving it the nickname The Dying City.

WALKING IN MURANO, ITALY: Murano is an island in the Venetian Lagoon about 1.5km north of Venice. It is famous for its glass making. At the end of this walk (time 33:02), there is a glass making demonstration thanks to Vetreria Estevan Rossetto.
